The Basic Plane as from Nutrisystem website works as follows:

7 AM Breakfast – Nutrisystem® Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with mixed nuts and a cup of coffee.

10 AM Mid-Morning Snack – Peanut butter and celery sticks.

12 PM Lunch – Nutrisystem® Three Cheese Chicken with steamed broccoli.

4 PM Afternoon Snack – Low-fat plain yogurt with fresh fruit.

7 PM Dinner – Nutrisystem® Meatballs in Marinara Sauce over whole wheat pasta.

9 PM Evening Snack – Nutrisystem® White Cheddar Popcorn.
